this doesnt work
I just started to use OBS for video capture of content that otherwise cant be dl'd or saved as a mp4 file. Most tutorials focus on gaming. Any ideas on where I can find tutorials on capturing web video? I want to save a recipe video on the Food Network.

ok i did all this,, exactly how its shown, it works. When i stop the preview in OBS and restart it, everything is gone, i have to delete all the sources and do it all over again

IF SOMEONES FOLLOWER ALERTS DOESNT SHOW ON STREAM READ THIS
So, when you are making CLR browser make sure its on TOP of the source list, i tried this with capture game on top and it didnt work, so make sure its on the very top of the list, for me this worked
So I did everything you said, and it still isn't working for me. No sound, no txt, and no gif. Anyone know what is wrong?
The sound file plays for me, but the writing doesn't appear T_T

At 4:11 where it says he downloaded it see how it's got books stacked up as the icon,when I download it (64 bit or 32 bit) it downloads it with microsoft media center and the only other options to open it with are : notepad,word pad,,utorrent,internet explorer,itunes,paint,vlc media player,windows media player or windows photo viewer.Do I have to download some special program to do it? (my OBS is a 64 bit version btw)

done everything step by step, dragged the plug ins into the plug in file, and no plug ins show. fucking so annoyed.
Everyone Having trouble Make Sure u download zip file and are on the right Version of your computer so Use Windows if ur windows also when u get the zip file copy and paste it to your desktop to remain organised if u want Also use a wrongram to open the xip file such as winrar
when i dragged both files to the obs plug ins and went to add i didnt see the the clr why?

Ugh, finally found out how to fix the problem. For those using Norton, or a very secured anti-virus. You have to allow the file "WS.Reputation.1" through the firewall first. If any of you want information on how to do this just comment and I will reply as soon as possible.
