I have a problem here: When I stream, my stream skips around and I don't know how to get the stream to go smooth. I think it has something to do with bitrate. Can anybody help?

what if the upload speed is 0.95
SO this guy recommends to do about 80% of your upload speed, but like my upload speed is 12.06Mb/s, which correct me if I am wrong, but that is 12,060Kb/s, 80% of that is 9648, that just seems awfully high compared to what this guy has here, and I expect my internet to be good, i bought the largest package from the fasted one in our area, but the difference is almost triple, which is making me want to ask a second opinion.

Did everything like you said but when I put preview nothing shows up. I get my video cam to show up but the screen is black in the back
