Unfortunately, every step was perfect but the last part, with the setting up of OBS. The second Window Capture shows up in the menu but doesn't appear like the first one did. I haven't found a way around that issue.

What version of Photoshop were you using? I've been wanting to get Photoshop, but the price of CC is a bit out of my range.
Do you happen to know proper measurements for capturing a regular New Nintendo 3DS's Top Screen? (84.6mm x 50.76 mm)/800×240? The bottom screen has a 4:3 Aspect Ratio so 320240 works fine, but the upper screen is something like 3.3:1 and it's killing me.

My Photoshop was newer than yours so it didn't have some of the same things as yours so i couldn't figure it out
