Is there a way to continually watch you game play on twtich if you minimize the client? If you try to answer chat and you minimize the game your screen goes black which makes it unpleasant for viewers.

I attend a church that plans to begin live streaming our services in the next 30-60 days. We were going to use UStream until I saw that YouTube is starting to live stream, and I have several questions you might be willing to help with…
1) In your opinion, will YouTube LiveStream work well for pastors who wish to stream their service to church members who cannot otherwise attend?
2) Will I need OBS?
3) We will not have a "web cam" so to speak, but our tech a/v guy has suggested a UBS Camera Full motion PTZ… I am supposing that this USB camera will suffice, but really am not sure – it's the camera our tech guy has suggested.
Can you advise?
