You can get the paint job even better by priming the lead with Styx primer first.

I have been doing this with my go to bass rod and I keep catching sucker fish. I just love catching fish and haven’t caught my first steelhead or salmon yet, so I’m actually pretty happy.

Cameron, a great video keep it up. Makes me want to start tying some twitching jigs. But did you have to show Marlin and Jordan catching fish? I watch them enough at it is. Too bad both of them are wound so tight that they can’t show emotion even when catching a nice fish!

Great tutorial, very well explained. I started using jigs in 2014 up in the OP they really work well for both salmon and big steelhead. I started using jigs as teenager fishing in the mid-west for walleyes, jig with minnow is the ticket. Keep up the great effort!

    Another question…
Which rivers in Washington are good salmon producers?
I'm in Spokane, though I would like a try at river fishing either from shore or in my kayak.
Any help would be Most Appropriated…Thanks

That's why so much braid ends up snagging everyone else line. You get snagged, you cutting Line off into the water.
