If I connect my pay pal do I have to set up an account with the business account or can I transfer it over to a personal account that has my bank account connceted so I don't have to worry?

I've never had a problem with stream alerts or OBS , but recently i added my own gif video clip and sound clip and outta nowhere all my alerts are echoing.Have you ever had this problem? if So i would love to hear back from you .
