Heyho! I have a little question: are there any shortcuts for the move, rotate…tools? its kinda tedious when you have to click the shelf button everytime you placed something, just to get it into place.

Thank yo ufor sharing your awesome editor!

Thanks guys for sharing these tutorial vids, they are GREATLY appreciated. Can't wait to see D:OS2 EDITOR!!! ^_^
Could you please create a complete video tutorial series for D:OS2 EDITOR explaining every tiny single aspect fo the Engine step by step? so that everyone in the community (even with zero scripting skills) can create their own original adventures and share them

I followed the turorial but when I click and drag to create the character nothing is created nor nothing appears over the surface.
I tried also dragging and dropping other elements from the root templates window but nothing happens.
No problem creating the terrain instead, why is that?

HIs camera is so much smoother than mine, wtf :L.  I don't have a problem with making things, but I'm really struggling to find the right cam controls. It's fucking with my brain.

This video is great… but where can we found out the basic navigation for the Divinity Engine?  Panning, rotating, snapping to objects? It certainly doesn't seem to follow traditional 3d software or engine navigation.

Probably a dumb question, but how would you go about accessing your mod from the overworld within the game?

For everyone getting "trying to read/write protected memory" or crashes this fix should work for you. The problem is when you create the Ai seeder there is a bug that saves the Ai in the wrong folder. It should be saving to mods/(your mod name)/levels/(your level name)/Ai instead it's saving to mods/(your mod name)/Ai. (This is all in the main directory for Divinity C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonDivinity – Original SinData) What you need to do is copy the Ai file and paste it into the correct place (the level fodler not the mod folder). (you will have to manually create an Ai folder in your level folder) Hope this makes sense and it worked for you!

I'm having a problem, as many other people seem to be, with the editor crashing when reloading the level (as shown about 15 minutes in). Is there a fix to this? I'd really like to use the editor, but this just renders it useless.

When I try to Reload the level around 14:30 the engine crashes for me. I tried remaking from the start and I got an error saying "trying to read/write protected memory" and it crashed again. Is this a problem with the Engine or my PC?

Can anyone give me a rundown on what steps need to be taken to create a fight in the editor?

I know how to drop the npcs/player in and everything. But when I walk near the enemy

I know how to drop the npcs/player in and everything. But when I walk near the enemy combat doesn't start. I noticed that they had a retaliate upon taking dmg script, but even then they didnt hit back. (it was a crab btw).

So, what am I missing? How do I make it so that when I get in proximity of an enemy combat starts?

Guys, if you don't have it, i'd love a random rotation button/toggle for things like trees that there are likely a lot of the same model around, so that they're not all facing the same way.
