There's no 'monitor capture' option in the new OBS. How do I select a sub-region for showing poker tables now? Please help

hi there… I tried to follow all ur instructions but when I use the monitor capture it wont show on the stream..just a big black screen….. what do I do?
The mouse wont interact with poker stream when i try to click it Is there a setting in OBS that will enable it ?
Im using the webcam that came with my Lenovo laptop. When I add it to my list of sources, the webcam takes up the entirety of the screen and I cant seem to resize it at all like you easily did. How can I fix this issue?
