This video brushes on my setup for streaming and how to use and get a stream running. I am not going in-depth with anything here really, but if you are more of an intermediate PC user or knowledgeable gamer than this tutorial will save you time from having to go through the newbie BS that many people put up.

You must be using game capture or selecting LoL's exe specifically. Select your monitor as the scene.
all works but when im in LoL game and wanna go to fb i want it to show fb on the same scene it just get stuck at LoL plz help!
I have a problem with my stream; I've been trying to stream League of Legends for a while now, put it just wont work. I try to use screen capture, but it doesnt capture my LoL launcher/client. Then I tried the "Game Capture", but that just left me with a black screen and my LoL cursor. I really want this to work out, someone, please. Help me! 🙂

Well, there is only one device you can (or at least is practical) use, and thats your computer. If you want to record and stream, use OBS's built in function to output a file and stream. If you want to just record, use FRAPS or MSI Afterburner. You can try Afterburner with OBS, but FRAPS is no go with OBS.

Your RAM may be overloaded. Close background programs, turn off Windows 7 Aero, and try lowering your settings. Also, don't use FRAPS when using OBS.
When editing the scene, you should be able to simply drag the box. It should show a red outline if you are in the correct zone.
If your up mbps is 2, your bit rate is 2000. Take away 30-40% (if your card OR net [if both suck, dont stream] sucks, might want to take away 30%).
So end up with 1400.

Parameters? In the sense of commands, none. In the sense of setting up OBS, everything in this tutorial is worthy to look at for streaming on Twitch when playing LoL.
Your stream key? Type it in.
Rescale the scene like i showed in the tutorial.
480p? Downscale your game window to 640×480 and your stream size in OBS.
13.6 mbps? Thats excellent, stream at the highest quality and direct all weight to your bandwidth instead of your card.
Make sure FRAPS is not running in the background. Make sure you're following ALL of the steps, and try turning off Windows 7 Aero. If windows 8, i believe you're SOL at the minute, thats a known problem.

if your upload is an average 2mbps, you may be able to stream but just at a lower quality.
I just want it to capture whatever is on my screen, without the mouse flickering. Is that so much to ask?
This PROBABLY sounds crazy.. but is there some way i can stream with 2-3mb/sec upload?? I stream every day and get no complaints.. but if its doable, whats your advice? We cannot afford increasing speed anytime soon..
My monitor capture dosent fit to screen right, it has black on the top and bottom, how do i fix that, also lol not in game client is balck screen if i use game capture :/

For the webcam, how do i move the window to a personalized location? It only let's me move it to the four corners, and the centers. I want to move it to the location between the bottom left and bottom center. Thank you! Also how do determine bit rate settings based on my upload speed?

How do we hide our desktop?
i have some friends who are able to record with OBS, and later edit for vids, etc. right now i use Bandicam for pokemon, but when i wanna record LoL i have to spam click the icon until the game has been pickd. With OBS i dont know how to view my recorded files (only sound is there)
