I have a problem, when I put it into my obs, it shows it's there but when someone subs it doesn't pop up on the stream, so I have to go to the website then click repeat which then it workds

New to everything on Twitch. I set everything up on my stream, and I test chat/donations/follows on my preview and it seems good, but when I begin livestreaming I do not see any chat or follow notifications on my monitor, only in the stream. What am i not doing or doing wrong?
