I believe I have found the sweetspot for streaming with minimal upload and download speeds (1 and 10mbps respectively) and taking into account game latency and bandwidth.

Why wouldn't you set profile on high? It's pretty much a standard now.
I am usually about 0.9 mbps upload still possible ?

There's a difference between megabit/gigabit (the measure of internet speed) and megabyte/gigabyte. You should start saying megabit, just saying. You'll confuse people.

I have a 5mbps download and if lucky, 1mbps upload. My ISP is a greedy bitch! There are quite literally 0 other providers and have the WORST service ever.
I stream on PS4, my upload speed 20 MB, how do i restrict this so i do not exceed 2000kbps??
