I am a 100% novice when It comes to twitch and streaming and this is all a bit frustrating. I own an iPhone 7 and I was trying to stream via my mobile device and it wouldn't work. My question is do mobile devices need a third party app to stream twitch? I just want to stream my face irl no games or mirroring.
Thank you for this tutorial. I am definitely going to try this as I am planning to start Gunpla streams in the near future. When you went live, you started to see all of the chat pop up as people spoke. Is that just because it was displaying it for you? If someone is viewing it from Twitch, would the chat just show up in the normal box for them or would it also cover their screens with the text?
But I don’t want to record myself. I just want to stream apps. Like the app I use for drawing. Does it have that function?

emotes weren't showing up in chat for me when I streamed, if someone typed Kappa, the word would show but not the emote?
