    I've tried many downloader apps and houlo video downloader is the only app I can find that supports downloading live streaming Twitch videos.

    Allavsoft still works to download Twitch videos offline to mp4, avi, wmv, mov, etc

    From my experience, the best way to batch download full length Twitch videos is using houlo video downloader.
