Mine is saying ''Failed to validate the channel's partnership after 5 attempts". Been working great for months now it's got this error.
Failed to update userlist, the userlist server might be down… i keep getting that message and it also says it cant connect to my twitch alerts
Is there a way to allow viewers to check points without it becoming spam? Like I have seen people check there points on the bot channel how would I go about doing that?
I set up my spreadsheet the way you mentioned in the video, but unfortunately when i try to connect, the error i get is "failed to preload user list" therefore people aren't generating tokens

I don't know what I'm NOT doing. I'm doing everything step by step as you are. Literally. I'm still not getting fully connected. this is what it says, I'm not sure what it means. I tried to research on it but doesn't seem like anybody else has this issue or posted to the WWW. Here is a SS of what the command prompt says. Thanks for taking the time to upload the video. I want to create a loyalty system that rewards as the shown time in channel options, but also if users decide to host my channel or maybe even if they donate. 1st question I have is would this addon do all of these things 2nd question I have is would that be against the policy since I do not have a sub button it would be the same principle if you catch my drift, and everyone would still be entered to win. The reason I'm looking into the loyalty bot system is I often like to do giveaways, but I want the people that are actually in channel to be rewarded with a better % to win for their support and their time. So with the points/levels or whatever is there a way to use that to scale giveaway % to win? Thanks @Gotembro!
+gotembro I noticed that after I put in the "Sub Spreadsheet" link, if i disconnect and close ModBot, and open it again, the "Sub Spreadsheet" link is blank and appears to have not been saved and has disappeared. Is this a glitch? And will the twitch users points and hours be saved LOCALLY regardless of this link?

Thank you for the help with this video, just one thing I ma confused about. Do you know where the information of all of the points gained by viewers is stored. I can only view the top 5 using a command on twitch, but would like to see a list that displays the points gained by all of the viewers.

Cant get my SPREED SHEET to work. i get the massage – Preloading userlist.. Fail to preload userlist, skipping. NOTE: If the userlist server is down it is very likely that not everyone will bo included in the currency handouts.
What do i do? Is it diffrent becouse i live in Sweden?
